ABOUT THE PROCESS
The first class we'll jump right in... You'll receive the online program a few days before the class to help prep you for the group. The online course is easy, informative & educational and enlightening.
The yoga & journal challenge will be built into the course work. If you need modifications for the yoga; you'll receive a chair yoga version. This is for all levels.
The last session is to wrap up the group, discuss what you've learned and learn additional ways and options to help you continue to progress forward.

Zoom group class will begin on time. I'll be online a few minutes early. You get what you put into the course. I'll be giving you as much as I can through process. Any missed classes will not be made up. This is a 14ish day course with 3 consecutive, weekly sessions. This course may change in the future as this first group is a beta group at the one time special rate.
Surya Namaskar
Surya Namaskar (Sun Salutation)
Surya Namaskar is a series of 12 yoga poses that are traditionally performed at sunrise to greet the sun. It is a dynamic and invigorating practice that combines physical postures, breathwork, and meditation.
