Experience the transformative power of TRAUMA & TENSION release, a holistic modality that focuses on releasing trauma stored in the muscle, tissues and organs of the body as tension. Your body will move organically on its own as it releases trauma stored & hidden through out your body. This modality is combined with other methods to create an emotionally safe space to release tension in both body and mind. The add on of pranayama (breathing practices) and a brief meditation will relax and ground to help implore self-reflection creating a bliss body and mind.

YOGA NIDRA

Guided Transformation Session

Yoga Nidra with the aid of Pranayama + Meditation

Individualized guided deep relaxation session that combines Guided Relaxation of Yoga Nidra, Pranayama (breathing practices), and short Meditation to help you discover inner peace and healing. This holistic approach is tailored to assist in overcoming trauma and fostering self-discovery. You'll embark on a journey into the yogic sleep of letting go and empowerment as you explore the depths of your being with the guidance of our experienced teacher, Polly Behringer. Experience the power of this transformative practice that allows your body to heal, teaching the body and mind to relax, find peace in slumber and unlock your potential with this unique and specialized session.

MINDFUL JOURNALING

Journaling is a powerful tool for healing trauma. Learning and creating a disciplined practice will help & aid in expressing your thoughts and feelings. Journaling allows you an outlet to acknowledge, accept and let go of the emotions associated with a traumatic event changing your narrative around stories that are holding you still.

BENEFITS: Reduces stress, anxiety and depression, improves sleep and focus. Fosters post-traumatic growth helping you to gain insight and perspective that can lead to a sense of purpose and meaning. Builds resistance to new events that once would have held you still. Increases your capacity for self-reflection and resilience.

Energetic Spinal Realignment

Polly Behringer is dedicated to enhancing your well-being through personalized holistic practices. With a focus on ENERGETIC SPINAL REALIGNMENT, Polly offers in-person sessions tailored to your unique needs. In addition to her compassionate approach and expertise in health and wellness, she uses her ancestral, babaylan gifts and abilities to guide you on a transformative journey towards optimal health and vitality in a session you've never experienced before.

This is a NON physical practice based on vibrational alignment. Each client has a unique energy frequency or vibration. During a session their energy will align with higher frequency of the guide, Polly Behringer, which leads to positive outcomes such as; structural realignment, decompression of spine, opening of chakras / energy wheels, tapping into your latent creative energy and messages from your ancestors and guides. Your body will naturally move on its own as it begins to realign itself; moving your hips and pelvis back into alignment. Clients often express feelings of spiritual connection to their higher power during the decompression of their spine. Feelings of levitation and movement of the spinal fluid moving through them; feeling taller after a session. *This option is available in the NEXT LEVEL plan.

MEDITATION

The 7th limb of yoga, Dhyana (meditation), is a practice of uninterrupted contemplation or awareness without a specific focus. It's a seated practice that helps you achieve a state of awareness that transcends a single point of focus. Meditation is the deliberate focusing of attention bringing you feelings of calm and heightened energy and awareness.

BENEFITS: emotional awareness, decompression from daily & traumatic stressors, reduces depression, anxiety and effects from trauma. Creates feelings of peace, bliss, gratitude and hopefulness. Resets body and mind.

PRANAYAMA

The 4th limb of yoga, also known as an anga, and is a practice that involves breathing techniques and exercises to regulate the breath. The word "pranayama" is derived from the Sanskrit words prana and ayama, which translate to "breath" and "control" or "expansion.

BENEFITS: increases lung capacity, eases stress and anxiety, and can lower blood pressure, helps improve mental well-being and detoxify the body, decompression from daily & traumatic stressors, reduces depression, anxiety and effects from trauma. Resets body and mind.

SANSKRIT CHANTING + MANTRA

Studies have shown that chanting Sanskrit mantras can reduce stress levels, lower blood pressure, and reduce anxiety. The sound waves emitted by the mantras are thought to vibrate and resonate with the body, helping to relax and restore balance
