This 4 month, 1 on 1 deep dive program is designed to help those searching to cultivate a powerful practice to enhance your energy connection and overall well-being. Each month will have a specific intuitive focus, and you will integrate journaling, chanting, meditation, and pranayama (breathing exercises) into your day to find your flow.

 

Our weekly check-ins will help keep you accountable and allow you to reflect on your progress. These practices help promote sleep, reduce anxiety, increase self awareness and uncover your dreams.

  • Sessions include: 25 minute session of grounding, pranayama, chants & meditation in a 1 on 1 setting with Polly Behringer.​
